A core mission of the Center for Advanced Due Diligence Studies is to promote classroom studies, research, and other scholarly opportunities related to transactional due diligence. The Center is especially interested in seeding skills-based programs such as those endorsed by the Law School Accreditation Committee of the American Bar Association and similar organizations that combine scholarly instruction with applied skills.
